Presenting Sponsorship $10,000
The Presenting Sponsor receives a comprehensive exposure
and recognition package, including industry exclusivity for sponsorship
through all levels. Tell us what kind of promotion, exposure or
recognition works best for you, and we’ll make it happen.
Headlining Performer Sponsorship $5,000 +
Sponsoring the Headlining Performance has a variety of
different marketing possibilities for your company. Depending on the
performer, this can include the sponsor’s name/logo on the aircraft,
flights with the performer in his/her aircraft, and framed souvenir
photographs of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. These flights can
also be used as a contest prize or an award for one or more of your best
customers. Additional VIP Tent tickets will be provided for your flight
“winners” and their guests.
In addition to sponsorship exclusivity in your industry
at this level, the Headlining Sponsor receives the following recognition
package: your logo in a prominent location on the annual event poster
and in newspaper advertising and the event pullout; a corporate display
on the airport grounds among over 10,000 spectators, and PA
announcements on show day; eight tickets to the Barbeque/Hangar Dance
and VIP Tent, VIP parking passes and souvenir T-shirts; and inclusion on
the Leader Board posted year-round in the Airport Terminal.
Aerobatic Sponsorship $2,500 +
As an Acrobatic Sponsor of Flight Fest, your company
will receive recognition as the sponsor of an act other than the
Headlining Performance. The Acrobatic Sponsorship provides industry
exclusivity at this level for your company and can include your
corporate display on the airport grounds among over 10,000 spectators
during Flight Fest. In addition:
- Your Company logo will be featured on the Flight Fest
promotional poster (700 copies)
- Your Company name and logo in Flight Fest newspaper feature (27,000
copies)
- Your Company name on the leader board displayed year-round in the
Chilliwack Airport Terminal
- Public address advertising during Flight Fest

- Six tickets to Flight Fest functions (Saturday evening BBQ/Hangar

Platinum Sponsorship $1,000 +
The Platinum Sponsorship provides increased promotional
opportunities and can include your corporate display on the airport
grounds among over 10,000 spectators during Flight Fest. Plus, your
company receives the following:

Facilities Available for Sponsorship
VIP Tent $2,500
For the business-minded sponsor, this is an opportunity
for your company to meet and mingle with up to 250 senior
representatives of the businesses that support the Flight Fest. Our
Sponsors receive complimentary tickets to the VIP Tent where, as our
guests, they meet the performers, socialize and enjoy the show from a
private viewing area. The VIP Tent is complete with food and a hosted
bar, and staffed with friendly Flight Fest volunteers. We do the work –
you host the party!
Sponsoring the VIP Tent gives you the opportunity to
meet and mingle with the 250 representatives of our sponsors. Your
corporate signage and promotional materials can be displayed within the
Tent. You may also place a corporate display on the spectator field
during Flight Fest. In addition:

Kid’s Landing $2,500
For the sponsor wanting showcase their business to
families, Kid’s Landing is an opportunity to promote your company to
600-800 children and their parents. In this hands-on activity center,
younger children can do crafts that are aviation related. Activities for
older children can include a flight simulator and more technical
stations. Kids can climb into an airplane, put on a headset and chat on
the intercom radio. This venue can be run by your company or our
volunteers.
